Inspired to photograph live music since my first show in '86. I favor black and white moments to deliver strong, simple photographs. I work to capture images resonating with authenticity, passion and the essence of a live music performance. My photographs try to demonstrate each artists intensity and commitment to craft into a single shot.

Expanding Your Exposure

I shoot for submission to trade publications and brands, and for artist exclusive use when asked . Artists can receive custom content for use with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media the morning after the night before. Kodachromer Photography exists to help artists and brands expand their presence and expose new fans to their work.

Studio or Stage

Starting with a Nikon F2 and a 50mm 1.2 was all I could afford back then, and its still in my bag. No matter the setting my Nikon gear gets the job done. I work with a Nikon Z6 and D3 primarily and when we move to stable environments the 4x5 Miyama RB67 gets the shot that is quite possibly the next album cover.
